Before sending your shipment, please ensure your package complies with these three regulations:

Value Limit: The total value of a single parcel must not exceed 500 MYR.

Size & Weight Limits: * Maximum weight per parcel: 30kg.Maximum length of any single side: 105CM. Combined dimensions (L + W + H) must not exceed 200CM.

Prohibited Items: Ensure your package does not contain restricted goods such as batteries, alcohol, pesticides, or other hazardous materials. No liquid items allowed for shipment to East Malaysia.

This includes: cream, shampoo, fish oil, perfumes, any drinks, or any other substances in liquid form.

Prohibited & Restricted Items Guide for All of Malaysia

For regulatory compliance, public safety, and hazardous material security, certain items are strictly prohibited from being received, stored, or transported through our network. These restrictions apply to all transactions, regardless of the shipment's origin or destination. Please be aware that prohibited items are forbidden for export from the country of origin and import into the destination territory.

Category A: Hazardous Materials & Daily Necessities

Pressurized Containers: All aerosol sprays, makeup mousse, hairspray, fire extinguishers, oxygen cylinders, butane/gas tanks, and pressurized insecticides.

Batteries and Lithium-Ion Related Equipment: This category includes lithium batteries, power banks, portable speakers, external battery packs, and all consumer electronics containing internal or external lithium batteries. Any type of external battery, battery pack, or standalone battery designed for mobile phones or tablet computers is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, second-hand electronic equipment purchased from auction websites that contains batteries but lacks the manufacturer’s original packaging is considered illegal for transportation and cannot be shipped.

Flammable Liquids: Nail polish, polish remover (acetone), essential oils, fragrance oils, and industrial solvents.

Alcoholic Products: All alcoholic beverages, flammable disinfectants (hand sanitizer), perfumes, colognes, and aftershaves.

Category B: Restricted Food & Organic Matter

Perishables: Fresh fruits, vegetables, and any food requiring refrigeration (e.g., milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt).

Meat Products: All raw, cooked, or dried meat products and canned goods containing meat.

Pet Supplies: Pet food and animal-based canned goods.

Waxy Products: Candles, crayons, and automotive wax.

Living Organisms: Live animals, plants, seeds, flowers, and biological specimens.

Category C: Dangerous Goods & Chemical Substances

Volatile & Combustible: Bleaching agents (powder or liquid), industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide, engine oil, gasoline, diesel, paint, turpentine, and adhesives/glues.

Ignition Sources: Matches, lighters (with or without fuel), and vaporization lamps.

Toxic & Corrosive: Strong acids/alkalines, mercury, lead-acid batteries, pesticides, herbicides, and asbestos.

Radioactive Materials: Radioactive isotopes (e.g., Yttrium-90, Iodine-123) and hazardous medical waste.

Category D: Specialized & Regulated Items

Valuables & Currency: Cash (in circulation), securities, credit cards, checks, jewelry, precious metals (gold/silver bars or utensils), diamonds, and fine art/antiques.

Tobacco Products: Cigarettes, cigars, loose tobacco, e-cigarettes (vapes), and e-liquid/nicotine oils.

Printed Media & Mail: Magazines, catalogs, flyers, lottery tickets, and personal letters/correspondence.

Controlled Substances: Narcotics, psychotropic drugs (e.g., opium, morphine), and regulated medical equipment. Please consult the Ministry of Health for specific medical exemptions.

Category E: Weapons & Prohibited Tools

Firearms & Munitions: All firearms, ammunition, fireworks, pyrotechnics, and military-grade equipment (including night-vision goggles and tactical scopes).

Sharp Objects & Tools: Combat knives, swords, daggers, and high-strength magnetized objects.

Miscellaneous: Unlabeled chemicals, items without English packaging, counterfeit goods, and obscene or infringing materials.
